Your account data, databases, and backups are hosted in Singapore, and encrypted in transit and at rest.

Yours to take

Export everything at any time, as CSV or JSON, or a single trip as Markdown. Moving from Silver back to Member never deletes a thing. If you're over the Member storage limit, files stay readable and exportable. You just can't add new ones.

What that means for capture and photos

Forwarded confirmations and uploaded files are read so they can become bookings. If a capture can't be read, it doesn't count against your monthly number, and it isn't kept as training material. Photos you attach are resized and stripped of location data.
