In short, Silver is a premium plan (US$4.99 a month or US$49.99 a year) that adds trip expense tracking and splitting: log what everyone paid and see who owes whom. Only the trip's owner needs Silver. Friends on the free Member plan, and people who don't use Wendways, can still be part of the split.

Equal, exact amounts, percentages, shares, or adjustments. Several people can chip in on one bill, and a trip remembers its usual split.

Every currency, kept straight

Pay in yen, baht, and euros on one trip. Balances stay in the currency you spent, and trip totals use the rate from the day you paid.

Settle up at the end

Simplify debts to the fewest payments, record who paid whom, and copy a friendly reminder to send. You pay each other however you like.

Starts with what you booked

Your bookings already carry their prices, so the trip shows planned against actual spend, and any booking can be split in a tap.

Receipts and offline entry

Snap a receipt for each expense. No signal on the ferry? Log it anyway and it syncs when you're back online.

A ledger you can trust

Every change is in the history, deletes can be undone, and the whole ledger exports to CSV.
